I’ve spent more than twenty years designing, delivering, and scaling complex hardware and sensing systems for defense, AgTech, surveillance, aerospace, and industrial markets. My work has ranged from advanced targeting and detection platforms to remote monitoring and environmental intelligence systems. I’ve led multi-million-dollar programs, built high-performing engineering teams, and supported government and commercial partners whose systems needed to operate in demanding conditions.

I built Endeavor Engineering to give small and mid-sized businesses access to senior engineering experience without requiring a full-time executive. I enjoy stepping into complex situations, simplifying the noise, and helping teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
